Welcome to our Lost & Found reporting page! If you’ve attended one of our events and have lost an item, you’re in the right place. Please click the sections below to understand how things work, how to report a missing item, what to expect after reporting, and what to do if you are currently at the event.

What to expect after reporting a lost item

Upon submission of your report, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your request has been received. If your item matches something we have found, we will contact you directly using the details you have provided. You will be asked to pay a nominal postage amount to cover your item being returned Royal Mail Recorded delivery, details of this will be in the notification of match email we send you. 

 

On event days, we monitor lost property reports in real time and strive to reunite attendees with their missing items.

 

While we make every effort to reach out to those who have reported lost items, if you have not heard from us within 30 days following the event, it means we have been unable to locate your item.

I am at the event now – what do I do?

If you have access to Wi-Fi, please complete the report form. We monitor these submissions live throughout the event, making it an effective way to track down lost items on the day.

 

If Wi-Fi is not available, please visit the Information Hub regularly to inquire about any items that have been handed in; we log everything in this central location. Keep in mind that it may take some time for lost items to arrive at the Information Hub, so we encourage you to check in frequently. Don’t lose hope! We successfully return many items on event days.

 

If you are leaving the event and have not yet been reunited with your lost item, please ensure you complete the report form at your earliest convenience, and we will follow up with you.

 

Lost Property Process

During our events, our dedicated staff will be on hand to receive, record, and store any items that are found. The responsibility for managing lost property lies with the Information Hub staff, and all found items will be directed to this central location for proper recording.

 

We will make every effort to reunite attendees with items reported lost on the day of the event.

 

The Information Lead will take charge of the collection and storage of lost property following each event. All found items will be securely stored until they can be returned to their rightful owners or disposed of appropriately.

 

Found items will remain in our custody for 30 days after the event. We will work diligently to match lost items with submitted reports and will reach out to potential owners via the contact details provided. 

Please note that customers will be responsible for covering the postage costs associated with returning any items.

 

After the 30-day period, items will be disposed of in a manner that adheres to sustainable and responsible best practices.
