Live at Leeds is a one day music festival based in Leeds, and showcasing the best new talent from the UK and beyond!

Live at Leeds is held in various venues across Leeds City Centre. You can go from venue to venue to see your favourite artists or discover new music you love, whilst enjoying everything the city centre has to offer!

When is Live at Leeds?

Live at Leeds is held on the first bank holiday weekend of May. This year the festival will be held on Saturday 4th May 2019.

How old do you need to be to go?

To go to Live at Leeds you need to be 14 years old or over.

Live At Leeds is an award winning metropolitan festival held annually on the May Day bank holiday weekend in Leeds. The Festival takes place across the City’s venues and spaces, and we encourage you to try and go to as many of the stages at the event as possible and explore our wonderful city!

Live at Leeds began in 2007, since then our aim has always been to showcase the best new emerging artists alongside more established acts from around the world and this year will be no different. Live music will take place across the bank holiday weekend with the Saturday being the focal point for breakthrough talent. 10,000 music fans, over 20 stages and 200 artists, who will you discover?

Live at Leeds is located in Leeds city centre, and is easily accessibly by car, train, bus, and national coach services.

Please note: All attendees will need to go to the Wristband Exchange before heading to any venues. This is at Leeds College of Music and is open from 10am: SEE ON GOOGLE MAPS

There is ample parking and bike parking available within city centre. The wristband exchange is over the road from Leeds Bus Station which also sits adjacent to a number of car parks. Additional recommended parking is at Trinity and Merrion Centre / Leeds Arena.

All venues are within walking distance, with the furthest outside of city centre being the Brudenell Social Club which is accessible by the 56 bus, a half hour walk or a short taxi ride from the city centre.

Your Live at Leeds wristband gets you access to all participating venues, subject to capacity.

Please ensure you leave plenty of time to arrive at venues for artists you want to see, you may have to queue.

You can enter and exit venues whenever you like, subject to queues. You are not limited to entering before or existing after an artist’s set.

All tickets will need to be exchanged for a wristband prior to heading to venues, details of the wristband exchange are below:

Early Wristband Exchanges: This is an opportunity to get your wristband the day before the festival. This is for physical and e-tickets only.
Friday 3rd May:

The Live at Leeds Wristband Exchange:
Saturday 4th May:
Get your Live at Leeds wristband on the day of the festival from our official wristband exchanges.
Leeds College of Music (Physical and E-Tickets): 10am - 6pm SEE ON GOOGLE MAPS
The Wardrobe Venue (Box office collections, Cash Sales on the day, and Guestlist): 10am - 6pm SEE ON GOOGLE MAPS

Breakfast will be served from The Wardrobe venue (adjacent to the main Wristband exchange) from 10am.

Last entry to the festival is 6pm on Saturday 4th May 2019.



There were a limited number of VIP wristbands available. These are now sold out. These wristbands allow you to queue jump, subject to capacity, at your chosen venue. You also get a free Live at Leeds totebag with this ticket, and free entry to the Official Live at Leeds Afterparty at The Wardrobe all night.

Tickets for the Live at Leeds all day event on Saturday 4th May 2019 must be exchanged for a festival wristband. There will be no admittance to venues without a wristband.

Tickets are to be exchanged for a wristband at wristband exchange (please see wristband section of this page) on Saturday 4th May 2019.

The ticket holder must be present at the wristband exchange point. Under no circumstances can you collect wristbands on behalf of other ticket holders, as the wristband must be fitted by Live At Leeds staff only.

Please arrive at the wristband exchange allowing plenty of time to collect a wristband before performances begin. Please note that some acts will be very popular, so we would advise you arrive at venues in good time to avoid disappointment.

Wristbands allow entry to each of the participating venues, individual venue capacities permit. If the venue is already full you will not be allowed to enter.

The advertised line-up may be subject to change. No refunds will be issued unless the entire event is cancelled.

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.

No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost tickets.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, all venues reserve the right to refuse admission.

Admission is at the ticket holder’s risk. The promoter and the individual venues shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within their premises.

The event age restriction is 14+. Management reserve the right to check ID.

Please note that there will be filming and photography taking place at this event and by purchasing a ticket you are giving consent for the use of this footage.
