Live at Leeds is an accessible event and we offer an access wristband system for disabled customers.
Companion Tickets: Live at Leeds offers a complimentary companion ticket for disabled customers (subject to availability). If you wish to attend the event and require the use of the accessible viewing areas (AVA’s), a complimentary companion ticket or assistance please follow the instructions below.
If you wish to purchase a VIP then your complimentary companion ticket will also be given a VIP ticket.
Please be aware that all venues have differing levels of access, and not all venues have a designated Accessible Viewing Area. Those venues that do have an Accessible Viewing Area will grant access to customers holding an Access Wristband on a first come first served basis until their capacity is reached. Some venues also have a limit to the number of wheelchairs they can legally have in their building at any one time, they will manage this at their own discretion, on a first come first served basis.
You will be asked to provide your DLA, PIP, benefits letter or equivalent, registered severely sight impaired card, assistance dog card or other evidence.
Please feel free to black-out any information that relates to the amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc. that might be on the documents submitted.
There are accessible toilet facilities within certain participating venues.
There are no designated Blue Badge parking spaces for the event, but there are plenty available within the city centre can be utilised.
